Revitalize your life - have a dinner party!
Think about a theme, like a dinner party, invite a few friends, or family members, and enjoy the evening - together. Start with a few people, and get into the swing of it, by hosting a dinner party, a birthday party, or try a painting party. Soon, you'll be looking forward to planning the next get-together, or party. When you've made it to where you want to be, and have accomplished your goal, then that's a great feeling. I know that's how it is, with me, and in my younger days, I've put together many different types of parties. Parties, can be casual, formal, plus one, or your guests can bring along guests, and you can widen your social circle. If I can do it, then you can, too. In my opinion, some books are more interesting, than movies.
Recently, I watched the movie "Communion", starring Christopher Walken. I had already read the book, "Communion", by Whitley Strieber. It was a great read, and I would recommend this book to any paranormal fan. It's well written, and I could imagine the characters in this book, vividly. If Things Aren't Perfect, Act Like They Are, Until They Are
Admitting that I'm a, painfully shy, homebody, was the first step that I had to take towards not being one. It helps if I practice being around people that I don't know, and even if I get social anxiety, I can act like I don't have social anxiety. It takes work, but I'm working on it. I took a few improv classes taught by, professional actor, Charlie Holliday, in Rancho Cordova, California. (Rest in peace Charlie. I'm very glad I got to spend time with you & Holly). Charlie, and his wife Holly, opened their home to me & my children. I learned so much, about so many gracious things- from both of them. I will be forever grateful that Charlie & Holly were part of my life, during the most trying times of my life. Diet Change Helps With Allergic Asthma
For over 50 years, I've had to deal with allergic asthma, and diet plays a, tremendous, part in managing both allergies, and asthma. Losing Yourself, In A Book
My children, and I, were at a bookstore, and one of my kids came up to me with a book - called "Why Paint Cats". My son showed me one of the pictures in that book, and it was a picture of Charlie Chaplin painted on a cat. Then he, along with his brother and sister - walked off. Leaving me alone, as I laughed out loud, in the middle of the store.

Coping with PTSD
I've found that there are many self help books, on the subject of PTSD. It takes a great deal of effort to put coping skills into a day-to-day, routine, but it is definitely worth the effort, at least that is what I have found to be true. The internet has several websites, where you can anonymously share your experiences, and get feedback, from people with relative experiences and stories. LINK>PTSD Diagnostic Criteria
